Academic Advisor for MIME Undergraduate Programs

Hi! I’m from the upper Midwest, graduating from North Dakota State University with a B.A in English Liberal Arts. My career in education includes teaching students in K-12, and working in student affairs at the university level with transfer student articulation for the OSU Office of Admissions. My husband and I moved to Oregon shortly after graduating from college, quite taken with the abundance of beauty and avenues for recreation, as we were avid backpackers in the mountain ranges of Montana and Wyoming. We’ve enjoyed living in Oregon for over twenty years, raising our family of four children in the Willamette Valley. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling and adventuring outdoors, through gardening, hiking, running in the rain, snowshoeing in the Cascades, and fishing and crabbing in the Pacific. I have a heart for students, and am grateful to be on the academic advising team in MIME where I’m able to support our many OSU students within the College of Engineering.
