Good news - it’s not too late to find a mentor for the URSA Engage Program! Student applications to the URSA Engage Program are due on January 11th, which leaves you plenty of time to communicate with a faculty mentor over email or on the phone even if you’re out of town during winter break! We hope you take the time to apply for this exciting program and join others whose lives have been changed by engaging in student-faculty partnerships! Here are the steps you can take starting now to apply for URSA Engage:

  1. Go to the URSA Engage website and read through the faculty mentor summaries.
  2. Reach out to faculty of interest via email and set up a meeting or phone call (a great option if you’re leaving town for winter break) to discuss applying to the program.
  3. Once you find a mentor, have them sign the Faculty Mentor Approval Form, which can be found on our website and will need to be attached to your final application (due January 11).
  4. Submit the program application!
