Learning Outcomes

The student, upon successful completion of this course, will be able to:

  1. Use statistical methods to interpret a robot’s sensor readings
  2. Use localized algorithms to determine a robot’s position
  3. Use modeling algorithms to define a robot’s environment
  4. Use Markov Decision Processes (MDPs) to represent a robot’s decision making
