Administered by OSU Career Services, the Beaver JobNet is a one-stop career management tool that links you to local, national, and international employment opportunities including full-time jobs, summer camps, national parks employment, and volunteer organizations such as the Peace Corps. The JobNet also lists campus jobs, research experiences, and (non-MECOP) internship opportunities. Plus, you can find out about upcoming company info sessions, sign up for on-campus interviews, and post your resume online.

MIME Weekly E-Bulletin
Our weekly e-bulletin lists a sampling of MIME-related jobs and internships currently posted on the Beaver JobNet (but for the full listing, be sure to visit the JobNet itself). The e-bulletin also lists scholarships, graduate fellowships, research and teaching assistantships, and other opportunities directed specifically to MIME students.

ASME Career Center: Many resources as well a job/internship hunting advice to help students do everything from tidying up their resume and cover letter to tricks and tools to help find the right job or internship.
CampusPoint: CampusPoint is a human resources firm for small companies. They serve many small engineering companies that don't have the resources to have their own human resources department in house.
Dayaway Careers : A job board that helps college students find and prepare for clean energy jobs and internships.
MIME AfterCollege Job Resource: AfterCollege listings targeting ME, IE, MfgE, and Mat Sci majors.
Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education ORISE) Electronic Catalog: Lists academic fellowships and scholarships, research experiences, sabbaticals, and internships funded by government and private sector organizations. These programs are administered by ORISE and Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU).
Portland State University Institute of Nonprofit Management: This listserv is rich with information for those exploring the nonprofit sector. Every week there are different topics and information on job/internship opportunities. Anyone can subscribe.
Teach for America: Corps members commit to teach for two years in low-income communities, then go on as alumni to lead efforts to change the face of public education. Open to all academic backgrounds and includes full salary and benefits, two year deferral/forbearance on loans, an AmeriCorps Education Award of $10,700 over two years, and graduate school and employer partnerships.
