Research Interests: 

Dr. Eseonu's research addresses integrated process improvement at individual, local and organizational system, and broader levels. He applies lean process improvement methodologies, performance measurement and improvement frameworks, and policy analysis tools, to improve resiliency in healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, project teams, and organizations. Dr. Eseonu collaborates with colleagues in Electrical Engineering on issues of social resilience in smart grid and other critical infrastructures. He collaborates with colleagues in sociology, public policy, and rural studies on community driven technology innovation projects in a bid to extend the land grant mission to university-community partnerships for technology driven development.
