INVITATION
TO THIS YEAR’S SENIOR DESIGN PROJECT PRESENTATIONS:
MONDAY (3/9) and
WEDNESDAY (3/11)
Drs. Doolen, Parmigiani, and Paasch would like to invite all
MIME students, faculty, staff, and all other interested parties to attend the
2008–09 MIME Senior Project presentations taking place this week on Monday,
March 9th and Wednesday, March 11th. Many of
these projects have been sponsored by industry and community partners, and a
number of the teams are interdisciplinary. These presentations give our
seniors the opportunity to share their projects with the MIME community and
give faculty, staff, students, and project sponsors a chance to recognize the
teams’ impressive accomplishments.
From 4 to 6 pm on both 3/9 and 3/11, three presentation
sessions will be running concurrently in Covell 218, Rogers 226, and
Rogers 440. Each of these sessions will feature a mix of product, process,
and Baja/Formula design projects, so any session that you attend is sure to
have an interesting mix of topics. Student teams will give a 12-minute overview
of what they have accomplished since September 2008. If you are interested in
seeing a specific project, feel free to move between rooms.
We hope to see you there!
