To ALL 2008 MIME Graduating Seniors:

The MIME Commencement Ceremony and Reception takes place on Saturday, June 14 at 4 pm, in the LaSells Stewart Center Austin Auditorium. This ceremony, held the day before university-wide Commencement, is a special ceremony to honor all 2008 MIME graduates—Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD. Family and friends are welcome! Please plan to wear your cap and gown and arrive at least a half hour earlier than the scheduled event.

PLEASE RSVP via e-mail to Gina Newcomb no later than Wednesday, May 21st. In your RSVP, be sure to include the number of guests who will accompany you.

And don’t forget to complete your application to graduate. The forms are in the Kerr Administration building. Submit the completed application with the registrar’s office in Kerr. (Normally, this is done at least three terms in advance, but they will process late applications).

**QUESTIONNAIRE**
Please take a moment to fill out the following questionnaire even if you do not plan to attend, as we'd like to acknowledge your achievement by including your name and hometown in our commencement program. (Click here to download the short questionnaire)

E-mail the completed questionnaire to: gina.newcomb@oregonstate.edu
Thank you for your time. If you need assistance in any way, contact Gina Newcomb.
