2009 Graduation Information for MIME Graduate Students

What: School of MIME's Commencement Ceremony and Reception.
This ceremony, held the day before university-wide Commencement, is a special ceremony to honor all 2009 MIME graduates—Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD. Family and friends are welcome!

Eligibility: To walk through the June 2009 commencement ceremony, you must have either:
A. Met the diploma deadlines for the previous Summer 2008, Fall 2008, or Winter 2009 terms
B. Completed all degree requirements by the deadlines posted on the Graduate School's Web site for Spring 2009 term
C. Completed all degree requirements by the Friday, June 5th (with the intention to graduate the following Summer 2009 term).

Deadlines: The specific deadlines referred to above are posted on the OSU Graduate School’s Web site: http://oregonstate.edu/dept/grad_school/current/deadlines.html

When: Friday, June 12, 2009
Ceremony starts at 10:00 am (doors open at 9:15 am). Students should arrive at the auditorium between 9:15 and 9:30 am. Note: The 1.5-hour to 2-hour ceremony will be followed by a 1-hour reception.

Where: LaSells Stewart Center’s Austin Auditorium

Attire: Plan to wear your cap and gown, and remember to bring your hood!

Whether or not you plan to attend the MIME commencement ceremony, please fill out the 2009 Graduating Class Questionnaire by June 1st, 2009 so your achievements can be acknowledged in the commencement program. Graduating students who are attending must answer all questions.
