MIME Degree Programs

The School of MIME offers programs that lead to BS, MS, MEng, and PhD degrees in mechanical engineering and in industrial engineering; BS degree in manufacturing engineering; and MS and PhD degrees in materials science (an interdisciplinary graduate program housed in the School of MIME).

Within the mechanical engineering program, fields of specialization include design/mechanics, dynamics and control, materials, and thermal–fluid sciences.

Within the industrial and manufacturing engineering programs, fields of specialization include manufacturing systems, information systems, human systems engineering, and nano/microfabrication.
