oregon state school of mechanical, industrial and manufacturing engineeringYour major professor will serve as your primary advisor throughout your graduate program.

While all incoming MIME graduate students can contact their area lead as an interim advisor, it is your responsibility to select a major professor and assemble a committee as soon as possible. Your program of study, which must be filed with the Graduate School prior to completing 18 credits, requires your committee's approval.

All students should begin discussions with prospective major and minor professors during their first term of enrollment.
