Welcome to the Web site of the newly merged School of Mechanical, Industrial, and Manufacturing Engineering (MIME) at Oregon State University. We're glad you're here! Within these pages, you'll find information about our academic programs, our research pursuits, our partnerships with industry, extracurricular opportunities available to our students, and the diverse accomplishments of our faculty and staff.

Within the school, we offer ABET-accredited undergraduate degrees in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, and manufacturing engineering. We also offer graduate degrees in mechanical engineering and industrial engineering, and we administer the graduate degrees in materials science. Our multidisciplinary research programs span topical areas within the school and extend across the College of Engineering and wider university. A number of these collaborations are also vertically integrated, including MIME undergraduates as well as graduate students on the research teams.
